The Brotherhood is open to any man, whether he is a parishioner or not, who is serious about learning about the bible.

Holy Yok-ah

Meets on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 in the Parish hall

Holy Yok-ah is an intentional practice of yoking our whole selves: heart-soul-mind-might to the Lord. After a focus on the Scriptures, we meditate and contemplate on it during a time of prayerful stretching, gentle movement and deep breathing.

It’s about worship of our Lord Jesus Christ. It’s about working out the tight and sore places in our lives and offering them to Him for His grace and healing. It’s about stretching into His joy and peace … all in an hour on our mats or chairs.

Holy Yok-ah is accessible to everybody. Everyone, regardless of age or ability is welcome. Contact the office with any questions.

Contemplative Prayer
